Run 5 miles
*Every 5 min stop and perform 50 air squats and 50 pushups. 3-2-1 go, run for 5 min then stop and do your squats and pushups. Rest set your clock and go for another 5 min. So on and so on until you are finished. BRING GLOVES AND OR KNEE PADS FOR THIS WOD!
