1 min: 40 sec max strict pullups
1 min: 40 sec max ring dips

In teams of 2:
AMRAP 15 min:
50 KB snatch (53/35) (each partner working at the same time)
then AMRAP
8 Burpee box jumps (24/20)
12 Double overhead KB lunges (53/35)(each hand)
*you and your partner start the workout by doing 50 snatches at the same time. Then for the amrap partner A does 8 burpee bjs while partner B does 12 lunges. Once both are done that is 1 round. Switch so B is not doing burpee bjs and A is doing lunges. That is 2 rounds
