Muscle ups and rope climbs?

Wednesday 10/28/15
30 second shoulder touches
30 second rest
30 second L-sit
30 second rest
AMRAP 20 min:
60 Toes to bar
40 Strict handstand pushups
20 Muscle ups (or 20 pullups and 20 dips)
10 Rope climbs
For 7 min:
Complete as many perfect turkish get ups as possible (53/35)
*Focus should be on moving the whole time and not trying to rush them. Do them right, dont skip steps
