By teaching them healthy habits during their critical developmental years, they will be put on the right path to a lifetime of health in mind, body, and spirit. Imagine not having to learn new ways of movement, mobility and nutrition later in life because you had known nothing but health from the start. This is our mission!
Our TAC program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our teens push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics.
The TAC program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any child regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for 4 year olds and elite high school athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainers.
At Teen Athletic Conditioning we will focus on the 10 general areas of fitness, CARDIOVASCULAR/RESPIRATORY ENDURANCE, STAMINA, STRENGTH, POWER, SPEED, FLEXIBILITY, AGILITY, ACCURACY, BALANCE, and COORDINATION.
