With our constantly varied programming you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, each day a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level.
- Do you want to get in shape, but you just can’t seem to find the time or don’t know what you should be doing? If so, CrossFit Danville is PERFECT for you! Classes are only an hour a day. If you can fit in 1 hour, 2 or 3 days a week, we promise you will see results!
