Try us out for free! We offer a FREE intro class every Saturday at 10:00 am for anyone that wants to come and see if CrossFit Danville is right for them! Our free class consists of a warm up, a workout and mobility, and will give you a great feel for what Crossfit is all about. If you have already tried our free class or just know you want to jump right into starting with us, Fundamentals is where you’ll begin!
Our Fundamentals Program consists of 6 semi-private training sessions to give you a working knowledge of the basic movements in CrossFit. Our fundamentals program is designed to expose and teach you as much of what we do as possible so that when you go to your first group class you will feel comfortable and prepared. We emphasize correct technique and safety first, get you familiar with CrossFit terminology, and get moving and sweating.
Fundamentals sessions will be started every two weeks, with classes meeting on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 7am or 6pm. Classes build off of the previous ones so we strongly encourage starting on the first session and completing all 6. Your instructor will teach you the day’s movements and end with a short WOD (Workout Of the Day) that uses some of the movements that you just learned.
One of the best things about CrossFit is that it is universally scale-able to everyone’s abilities/needs. Part of the fundamentals program is to not only introduce you to movements like pullups, snatches, and handstand pushups, but to also show you how to scale these movements so you are still able to perform them and progress to the full movements safely and efficiently.
The cost for Fundamentals is only $150 for all 6 sessions, and that also includes the rest of the month’s membership to our regular CrossFit Classes!

Are you ready to start Crossfit with us, but can’t make it to our regularly scheduled Fundamentals class times or feel like you need a little more help getting started? If so, our Private Fundamentals Sessions are for you! We’ll schedule you for 3 one-on-one classes of private coaching to get you the same information you’d learn in our Fundamentals classes. Our goal will be to get you familiar with all of our basic movements to prepare you to join our standard Crossfit Classes. The cost for our Private Fundamentals Session is $200 total.
