Lalanne summer throw down is today! We have LOTS of people competing. If I leave you out im sorry let me know and Ill fix it. Britt, Veronica, Ralph, Courtney, Jireh, Alfred, Steph, Adam, Tucker, Scott, Arnold, Joe, and myself will be competing. If you have time please come out and cheer on team CFD! Jessica will be in the house taking care of all your aches and pains if you need her assistance between heats. Eli will be holding down the fort while we are gone so if you go to class, ask him what a thruster is!
