Ask coach: Warning, this workout is EXTREMELY long and will be very hard to finish in the 45 min time limit. If you really want to finish the whole thing come and give it a shoot at open gym. Assuming the 9am class will be packed as usual we will have to do a lot of “sharing is caring” and get really up close and personal with each other

1 more come. THis Sunday we will have 2 teams competing in Sacramento at Caffeine and Kilos invitational. Arnold, Kent, Danielle, and Courtney will be on the Rx team. On the scaled team we have Britt, Veronica, Alex and Jordan. This is the first comp for 5 of these athletes. Please come out and check it out if you have time
