Starting next week we are going to start olympic lifting classes. The olympic lifts are arguably the hardest thing to get a grasp on in crossfit, so we are going to offer techniques classes to help you master the snatch and the clean and jerk. Dave Katz and Adam Hall will be leading these classes. Tuesdays will focus on the snatch and Thursdays will focus on the clean and jerk. Sundays will be a full lifting session. Meaning you will snatch to max, clean and jerk to max then back off and so some sets a little lighter than your max. Each full lifting session will finish off with a bunch of squatting. These sessions usually run an hour and a half to 2 hours so bring your lunch because they can get rough. If you have any questions please let Joe or myself know. These classes are open to EVERYBODY no matter what your skill level is.
