End of the Open – Post WOD Party

Come join us at CFD on Sunday, March 30th! Bring your family and friends down for the final heats of the 2014 Crossfit Open. Heats will start at 10:45am and depending on the length of the final WOD, we should be wrapped up by noon. After all of the heats our amazing yoga coach, Naomi, will lead us all through some deep stretching and restorative yoga. Out of the Cave Food Truck will be there with food for purchase and CFD will be providing the beer.
