Which do you think is right? Next time you wallball think of it like this, would you rather front squat or thruster your 1RM like the picture on the left or the right? A wallball is just a front squat with a ball people!

*If you finish the work under 6 min you rest until the next portion starts. If you are unable to finish the first 6 min, note where your are at 6 min then continue until 12 min is up. Score is total number of reps completed. Yes I now we have done a lot of wallballs and burpees lately
