*If you can transition from bottom hold to top hold without assistance please do so

Strict ring pullup
*If you cannot perform strict ring pullups then do ring rows w/feet on box. Goal is to touch fist to chest each rep. This is a good time to work on the false grip. If you are a ninja with this either add weight or do strict muscle ups
