The most practical carry over of any exercise we do. Who takes 2 trips?!?!?

Tuesday 8/11/15
EMOM 6 min:
5 Strict pullups
1-10 Perfect pushups
+
5×3 Push press (establish a 3RM)
*at some point during your 5 sets, perform 2 200m farmers carry. 15 air squats if you put KBs down. Everyone must do 53/35 at least
+
5 rounds:
45 seconds max reps thrusters (95/65)
15 sec rest
45 seconds max reps pullups
15 sec rest
